Despierta Ya privacy policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Español · Português
Despierta Ya is an alarm clock app. This policy explains what data the app handles.
Data we collect
None. The app does not collect, send or share any personal or usage data. It has no user accounts, advertising, analytics or internet connection.
Data stored on your phone
The alarms you create (time, days, chosen task and optional label) and the language you pick in the app are stored only in your device's internal storage. They never leave it. If you uninstall the app, they are deleted.
Permissions
- Notifications and full screen: to show the alarm when it rings, even with the phone locked.
- Exact alarms: so the alarm rings at the exact time you chose.
- Device startup: to reschedule your alarms after the phone restarts.
- Vibration: to vibrate while the alarm rings.
- Accelerometer (no special permission): only in the "Shake" and "Level" tasks, to count shakes or move the ball while the alarm rings. Sensor data is neither stored nor sent anywhere.
- Camera (only if you choose the "Open eyes" task): while the alarm rings, the front camera checks on the phone itself that your eyes are open. Images are analyzed in memory and discarded immediately: they are never stored, never sent anywhere and nobody is identified. You can deny the permission and the task uses the level challenge instead.
- Alarm volume: if you turn on "Maximum volume", the app raises the alarm volume while it rings and restores it when you turn it off.
None of these permissions are used to collect information.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this same page.
